Professional Credentials & Experience

My productivity coach credentials reflect more than two decades of experience in productivity, coaching, leadership, and business. My training and certifications provide a strong foundation for the practical, individualized work I do with clients.

Professional Credentials
  • I am honored to have served as the national PRESIDENT for the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO). Elected by my peers, I led this national association of more than 3500 Professional Organizers and Productivity Consultants.
  • I am the NAPO 2019 Founders’ Award Recipient – Voted by my peers for embodying the spirit of the NAPO Founders and advancing the organizing and productivity profession.
  • I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  ICF credentials recognize coaches who meet rigorous education, experience, performance, and ethical standards.
  • I am a Certified Productivity Leadership Coach® – and was the first coach to earn this credential through the Coach Approach Training Institute.
  • I am a Leadership Coaching Course Developer and Instructor – I co-developed and currently teach two courses in the Productivity Leadership Coaching curriculum at Coach Approach Training Institute, an ICF-accredited coach training organization.
  • I am a Certified Professional Organizer® – Having passed a rigorous written exam and demonstrated competence and hours working in the field, I am held to the requirements and ethics of the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers
  • I hold a NAPO Specialist Certificate in Workplace Productivity and another in Team Productivity through the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals
  • I hold a Certificate of Study in Basic ADHD Issues through the Institute of Challenging Disorganization

What experience has taught me

  • I have worked with people across an unusually broad range of businesses and professions, so I adapt quickly and understand the context in which a client is working.
  • I have taken on difficult situations throughout my career and stay with a problem until we find a workable way forward.
  • I have owned and operated my business since 2001. I know the realities of entrepreneurship, professional services, competing priorities, and having more to do than time to do it.
  • I’ve balanced business ownership, professional and volunteer leadership, family responsibilities, and raising two sons. I understand firsthand that work and life don’t happen in separate compartments.
